This is a very practical trick that you can perform in any occasion.

The four pieces are instantly restored to a complete card under the nose of the audience, and the card can even be handed over to the audience for inspection.

The magician asks the audience to choose a card, then he finds a card in the deck but unfortunately it's not the audience's chosen card. He tears the wrong card and mixes it with other pieces. Then he senses and selects four pieces, when he blows on them, the torn pieces restore to a single card which is the chosen card of the audience!
